It has large rooms and fantastic location close enough to Piazza San Marco, the san marco square and water bus. Staff are friendly and nice, I had a really great stay of our 1 month holiday. The place has a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a fridge etc.

Conveniently located, close to San Marco square. Spacious and clean apartment with all the necessary amenities. The gelato shop next door is a delightful bonus. Although there were some difficulties in finding the apartment, the owner was helpful in assisting with luggage. I would highly recommend this accommodation for a comfortable stay in Venice.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located apartment in Venice. The cleanliness of the apartment was superb, and it had everything we needed for our two-night stay. The spacious and comfortable rooms were a great plus. The location couldn't have been better, situated between two main vaporetto stations and just a short walk from San Marco Square. Additionally, the host's gelato shop, located right below the apartment, was a delightful bonus.

I had a fantastic stay at Casa Fantasy. The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll away from the famous Piazza San Marco. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The owner was extremely helpful and even offered to assist with carrying our bags up the stairs. I particularly enjoyed the private balcony where I could relax and enjoy my meals. I highly recommend this apartment for its great location, comfortable accommodations, and helpful hosts.

The apartment had everything we needed and more, including a fully stocked kitchen and a lovely terrace. the two main bedrooms on separate floors provided privacy, and the living room was a comfortable place to relax. the location was perfect, right between San Marco and the Rialto bridge. Melissa, our friendly host, gave us great recommendations for restaurants and supermarkets. Plus, having the owner's gelato shop beneath us was a delightful treat. Highly recommended!

The apartment at Casa Fantasy in Venice was amazing! It had a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking our own meals. The two bedrooms were spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds and lovely views from the balcony. The terrace had the most stunning city views, especially during sunset. Plus, free WiFi was a definite bonus.

Personally, I wished there was another bathroom in the apartment. But hey, that's just my preference, and I'm sure others wouldn't mind at all.

Our stay at this incredible apartment was absolutely mind-blowing! Melissa, our friendly host, warmly greeted us and was always available to assist us. The beautifully-decorated duplex was centrally located and spacious, equipped with everything we needed. We loved cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and the convenience of having a laundry facility. The private balcony was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals outdoors. Highly recommended!

This allowed us to easily take breaks and rest in between our outings. the friendly hostess provided us with helpful and honest tips, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Disliked the difficulty in finding the apartment, as the directions provided were not clear. It took multiple phone calls and some confusion before we finally located it.
